Love this place! Staff was so friendly and communicated clearly with me over the time my scooter was repaired. Their diagnostic and repairs were super fast, however, it did take almost a month to get the parts from the manufacturer of my scooter, but that is completely out of their control. They had my diagnostic completed the weekend I dropped it off and the parts order the following Monday. My scooter works great and I can’t say enough good things about these guys! Thanks Pro Mech BC!
