Contactless Service Appointments

Our technicians receive up-to-date recommendations. These include frequent hand sanitization, a 6-feet social distance recommendation, and support to have contactless appointments. At the end of each service, our technicians and mechanics are responsible to clean the areas they worked on to make sure everything is clean and sanitized before returning to customers.

Protecting Our Community

we are working with the community to ensure that anyone who may be in contact with a customer or mechanic with COVID-19 symptoms or positive tests is notified promptly. Mechanics who have any symptoms, or asymptomatic positive COVID-19 tests, will have their service schedules immediately paused until they are cleared by a healthcare provider.

Recommendations For Customers

For a contactless appointment, feel free to call or email us before our mechanic arrive to share instructions about how they can access your vehicle without having to come outside to meet them. You can specify your car concerns, authorize repairs and pay without any contact. If you need to cancel any appointments because you have been exposed to COVID-19, please call us.
